Now Hiring Sound Designers and MP3 Demo Writers!

Do you have a natural talent for sound design?  Would you like to make some extra income each month?  Would you like to possibly get involved in the production of factory presets for new synthesizers? We are a rapidly growing company with an ever-growing product user base and we have a stellar reputation among many popular software synthesizer developers such as Rob Papen, Image-Line, Cakewalk and more.

If you have created a collection of 64 or more presets for any given software synthesizer, you are welcome to sell them under the Xenos Soundworks brand.  We offer plenty of exposure for your work and highly competative commission rates (60% of all sales, paid monthly).  You retain the intellectual rights to everything you offer to us for resale, and you are free to also sell your product elsewhere at the same time if you choose to do so in order to maximize your income and visibility.  Our share of the commissions will be set aside for hiring a professional to redesign our website as well as other strictly business-related expenses.

In order for your soundset to be accepted for resale under our brand, the following criteria must be met:

- The soundset must be ENTIRELY YOUR OWN WORK!!

- An example of your work is to be submitted to us for audition.  We have very high quality standards, so please do not be offended if it is not accepted.  In such cases, we will offer some advice on how to improve so that you may try again at a later time.

- At a minumum, the modwheel must be assigned to do something on every single preset.  Velocity routings are a must as well in order to make the sound "expressive" (i.e., routed to volume and/or filter cutoff).  Aftertouch assignments are ideal as well, provided the synth has it.

- The finished product must contain at least 64 patches  Ideally 128.

- An MP3 demo must be submitted, which will show off your sounds.  In certain cases, we can waiver the demo requirement if we feel one of our demowriters can put your soundset in a better light (and sell you more copies).

- The volume levels on all your patches must be consistant - i.e., we don't want one quiet patch, then a loud one immediately after that.

If you are interested in joining our team and gaining exposure for your talents, please do not hesitate to contact our Lead Sound Designer at Xenos77@frontier.com.  We are also always looking to hire musically talented people to do small MP3 demos for our products, so if this interests you, you are free to contact us as well.
